Come and experience the warmth of the Fernhurst community at the Hub’s Christmas Fayre on Saturday 21st November.  Stall holders will be selling bespoke jewellery, hand printed aprons, tea-towels and a wonderful array of gifts, stocking fillers, locally produced honey, mini Christmas Cakes and biscuits.  Also the Hub's Christmas cards by local artists and the 2027 Fernhurst  Calendar.   We will also be launching the annual local postage scheme in conjunction with the Fernhurst Scouts. Stamps cost just 35p.

Bring your friends for a sociable morning, and remember it's good to 'shop local'!

A great opportunity to stock up for Christmas!

Come and join us for a wine and cheese tasting evening with Richard Royds of the Haslemere Cellar and River Vintners.  Sample both red and white wines from Europe and the New World plus some sweet and fortified wines.  A wide selection of mostly British cheeses will be available to taste ranging from hard to soft and including some sheep or goats cheeses. 

It should be a fun-filled and relaxed evening so why not bring your friends along too!

Come and enjoy a workshop learning how to hand-embroider a beautiful Christmas Wreath, to keep for yourself or give as a Christmas present to someone special. You will be shown seven different stitches during your day, enabling you to complete the wreath in the comfort of your own home.

All equipment will be provided for use on the day including a seat frame, daylight lamp and scissors, but be sure to bring any reading glasses if required!

You will take home an embroidery kit which will include pre-printed fabric, needle, instructions, a thread card loaded with stranded cotton and tissue paper all wrapped up in a box. We look forward to seeing you there!

We are delighted to welcome back local and talented florist, Louise Avery, to run her ever-popular Christmas Wreath workshop!

Louise will teach you how to create a stunning festive wreath for your front door. The wreath is environmentally friendly using traditional techniques with moss, twine, fresh winter foliage and natural decorations such as pine cones and dried fruit slices. The workshop is suitable for everyone with no previous experience necessary.  On arrival you can relax into the workshop with a complimentary mince pie and drink!  This workshop is running on the following date and time:
