Fancy having a stretch? Just want to try out Chair Yoga with no commitment? Come to one of our 4 free summer taster sessions and give it a go. 

Janis has taught Yoga for many years and her classes will help you improve or maintain your flexibility, balance and strength.  The class is a mixture of sitting and standing with balance exercises, using the chair as a support.  We don't kneel or get up and down off the floor!! To finish, you will do some relaxing breathing before re-starting the day. Just wear something comfortable and be prepared to take your shoes off!

Fancy a free outdoor activity during the summer holidays? Why not join a children's walk to Fernhurst Furnace, across the fields and through the woods. It is about a 3 miles round trip and will take about 1.5 - 2 hours. Suitable for children aged 7+ and they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please also ensure they have suitable footwear. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.
